Processing & Shipping Times
On regular business days, we process and ship orders the same day they’re placed. During holidays or busy periods, we may need up to one business day to process your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Details
Shipping options and estimated delivery times appear right at checkout, based on your location and the method you choose. These times are carrier estimates and may vary. We’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs on international orders.
We carefully pack every order to make sure it arrives in great condition.
A Few Important Notes
• Same-day shipping applies to orders placed before our daily cutoff (usually around 2 PM EST). Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day.
• While we work hard to stick to these timelines, occasional high-volume periods or unexpected issues may cause minor delays.
